This policy explains what information Kaarox collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Kaarox mobile application and this website.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the service:

• Account information — the name, email address and password you provide when you create an account.
• Profile and business information — the details you choose to publish on your digital card, such as your industry, services, location and contact details.
• Content you create — posts, hub activity, messages, listings and enquiries.
• Technical information — device type, operating system version, app version and diagnostic data used to keep the app stable.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to authenticate you, display your profile to other users, deliver discovery results relevant to what you are looking for, transmit your messages and enquiries, provide customer support, and detect abuse or fraud.

3. What is visible to others

Information you publish on your digital card, in posts, in hubs and in listings is intended to be discoverable by other Kaarox users. Private messages are visible only to the participants in the conversation. You control what you publish and can edit or remove it at any time.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run Kaarox (for example hosting, storage and crash reporting), and only to the extent required to deliver that service. We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

5. Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we must retain records to meet a legal obligation.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account, or a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

8. Children

Kaarox is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
