Kaarox may allow users to list, promote, buy, sell, or exchange items through the app. When you use these features, we may collect and process information related to your listings, enquiries, messages, reports, and marketplace activity.
Kaarox does not currently provide direct in-app payment processing for marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers. This means Kaarox does not collect, hold, process, refund, guarantee, or manage payments for items sold by users through marketplace-style features.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing payment methods, delivery, collection, refunds, returns, warranties, taxes, and other transaction terms between themselves. Users should be careful when sharing personal information, arranging payments, deliveries, collections, or meetings outside the app.
We may use marketplace-related information to help operate selling features, show listings, support communication between users, investigate reports, prevent fraud, enforce our policies, improve safety, and comply with legal obligations.
If you enable location features, Kaarox may use your location to support nearby discovery, card sharing, city-based visibility, service discovery, marketplace listings, safety features, and other location-based functions.
You can control location permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work properly if location access is disabled.
Kaarox may process messages and communication activity to deliver messages, support user interactions, prevent abuse, investigate reports, and enforce our policies.
Users should not share sensitive personal information, payment details, passwords, verification codes, or private documents unless they are sure it is safe and necessary.
Kaarox may offer paid plans, subscriptions, trials, or promotional features. Where payment is required for Kaarox services, payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers, app stores, or other authorised payment processors.
Kaarox does not currently process direct payments between buyers and sellers for marketplace transactions inside the app. Any payment arrangement for user-to-user sales is handled outside Kaarox between the users involved.
Some information you provide may be visible to other users depending on the features you use and your privacy settings. This may include your profile, business card, personal page, posts, groups, events, listings, item details, public contact information, and other content you choose to share.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Kaarox, such as hosting, analytics, security, moderation, customer support, notification, and payment service providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users, prevent fraud, enforce our policies, or respond to legal requests.
Manage consents in the app: Settings → Privacy & Consents. You can also control certain permissions, such as location and notifications, through your device settings.
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of certain personal data by contacting us. Some data may need to be kept where required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, or legitimate business reasons.
We retain data as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operating the app, providing features, improving safety, preventing fraud, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies.
We apply reasonable security measures to protect personal data. However, no app, website, or online service can guarantee complete security.
Kaarox is not intended to be used in a way that exploits, endangers, or targets minors. Users must not use Kaarox to request private information from minors or share content that puts children at risk.
