Report and Block Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-08

This Report and Block Policy explains how users can report content, block other users, and how Kaarox may review and moderate accounts, posts, cards, messages, groups, listings, marketplace activity, product activity, selling features, and other content.

1. Purpose of This Policy

Kaarox is designed to help users discover businesses, services, professionals, groups, posts, personal pages, digital cards, and, where available, product or marketplace-style listings. To keep the app safe and useful, users may report harmful content, suspicious marketplace activity, unsafe selling activity, or block other users.

2. What You Can Report

You may report content or behaviour that appears to break Kaarox policies, applicable law, or user safety rules. This may include:

3. Product, Listing, and Marketplace Reports

If Kaarox allows eligible users to list, promote, buy, sell, or exchange items through the app, users may report product listings, marketplace listings, buyers, sellers, messages, or related activity that appears unsafe, fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or in breach of Kaarox policies.

Product, listing, and selling features may require certification, verification, approval, plan eligibility, or other requirements. Users may report accounts that appear to be misusing these features, bypassing restrictions, pretending to be certified, or offering products they are not allowed to offer.

You may report product or marketplace activity involving:

Kaarox does not currently provide direct in-app payment processing for marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers. Kaarox does not collect, hold, process, refund, guarantee, or manage payments for user-to-user sales. Reports about marketplace transactions may be reviewed for safety, fraud prevention, moderation, and policy enforcement, but Kaarox does not guarantee refunds, compensation, delivery, item quality, or payment recovery.

4. How to Report

Where available, you can use the report option inside the app. You may be asked to select a reason and provide extra details. You can also contact us at info@kaarox.com.

When contacting us by email, please include your account email, the content, listing, product, transaction, message, or user being reported, the reason for the report, and any helpful details.

For marketplace-related reports, helpful details may include screenshots, listing information, usernames, dates, messages, item details, payment-related concerns, delivery or collection concerns, certification concerns, and a clear explanation of what happened.

5. What Happens After a Report

After a report is submitted, Kaarox may review the reported content, account, card, post, group, message, listing, product, marketplace activity, seller activity, or other app activity. We may use the report details, account information, content history, technical information, marketplace activity, certification information, and moderation records to understand the issue.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed, a listing will be removed, a refund will be provided, certification will be changed, or that an account will be restricted. Kaarox will decide what action is appropriate based on the available information, app policies, and applicable law.

6. Possible Actions Kaarox May Take

Depending on the situation, Kaarox may take one or more of the following actions:

7. Blocking Users

You may block another user where the app provides a block option. Blocking is designed to reduce unwanted contact and visibility between users.

When you block a user, Kaarox may stop or limit some interactions between you and that user. For example, you may no longer see their posts, messages, listings, products, or content, and they may no longer see certain content from you where supported by the app.

Blocking another user does not automatically cancel any marketplace arrangement, delivery, collection, payment, refund request, return, warranty, or outside agreement made between users. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for resolving transaction issues between themselves, unless Kaarox is required by law to take further action.

8. Limits of Blocking

Blocking may not remove all previous interactions. For example, previous messages, reports, saved content, group activity, shared posts, listings, product activity, marketplace activity, screenshots, downloaded media, or content already received by other users may still exist.

Blocking also does not prevent Kaarox from keeping records needed for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, marketplace dispute review, certification review, or dispute handling.

9. False or Abusive Reports

Reports should be made honestly and in good faith. Misusing the report system, repeatedly making false reports, or reporting users to harass, pressure, damage, or silence them may result in action against the reporting account.

This also applies to marketplace disputes. Users must not make false reports about buyers, sellers, listings, payments, delivery, collection, item condition, certification status, or transactions in order to harm another user or gain an unfair advantage.

10. Emergency Situations

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. Kaarox reports are not a substitute for emergency services.

11. Appeals

If your account, post, card, group, page, listing, product, marketplace activity, certification status, or feature is restricted and you believe this was a mistake, you may contact us at info@kaarox.com. Please include your account email and a clear explanation of why you believe the decision should be reviewed.

12. Privacy of Reports

We generally do not share the identity of the person who submitted a report with the reported user, except where required by law, needed for legal proceedings, or necessary to protect rights and safety.

In marketplace-related reports, Kaarox may review listing details, product details, messages, user information, certification information, and other relevant activity where needed for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.

13. Changes to This Policy

Kaarox may update this Report and Block Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
