These Subscription Terms explain how paid plans, free access, trials, renewals, cancellations, billing, and access to Kaarox paid features work.
Kaarox offers digital subscription services that may include business profiles, digital business cards, card sharing, discovery features, messaging, visibility tools, promotional features, media features, verification features, and other app-based services.
Some features may also support product display, marketplace-style listings, or selling-related tools. Access to these features may depend on the user's plan, account status, certification status, verification status, and app rules.
Kaarox may offer different plans, including free access, trial access, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and different paid tiers such as Basic, Standard, and Premium. The features, price, billing period, and limits of each plan will be shown before you subscribe.
Not all features are available on every plan. Some features may require a paid subscription, certification, verification, or approval before they can be used.
Kaarox may offer a free access plan with limited features. Free access may include reduced visibility, limited tools, advertising, or other restrictions. Kaarox may change, limit, or stop free access features at any time, where permitted by law.
Kaarox may offer a free trial, such as a 7-day trial. The trial period and included features will be shown before the trial starts.
Unless clearly stated otherwise before the trial begins, the free trial does not automatically charge you at the end of the trial. When the trial ends, your access to paid features may stop unless you choose a paid subscription.
Trial access may have restrictions. For example, some selling-related features, product features, promotional video features, visibility features, or advanced tools may not be available during the trial.
Paid subscriptions give access to selected Kaarox features for the billing period shown at the time of purchase. A monthly plan gives access for one monthly billing period. An annual plan gives access for one annual billing period.
Paid features may include access to business tools, visibility features, promotional features, card sharing tools, messaging tools, media tools, verification-related tools, or other app features depending on the plan selected.
Kaarox may allow some users to add, display, promote, or sell products or items through the app. However, product and selling-related features are not automatically available to every user or every subscription plan.
Product features may require the account to be certified, verified, approved, or otherwise eligible under Kaarox rules. If an account is not certified or approved, Kaarox may block, hide, remove, or prevent access to product features, even if the user has access to other app features.
A Kaarox subscription gives access only to the Kaarox features included in the selected plan and allowed for the user's account status. A subscription does not guarantee certification, product approval, sales approval, listing approval, or marketplace access.
Kaarox may allow eligible users to list, promote, buy, sell, or exchange items through the app, similar to a marketplace feature. These features are designed to help users show products or items and communicate with potential buyers.
Kaarox does not currently provide direct in-app payment processing for marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers. This means Kaarox does not collect, hold, process, refund, guarantee, or manage payments for items sold by users through marketplace-style features.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing payment methods, delivery, collection, returns, refunds, warranties, taxes, and any other transaction terms between themselves. Marketplace transactions, sales, item quality, delivery, collection, refunds, returns, and payment disputes are separate from Kaarox subscription payments.
Kaarox may allow users to add promotional images, promotional videos, logos, product media, or other media depending on the plan and account status.
Some plans may limit media features. For example, promotional videos may not be available on Trial access or Basic plans. Other plans may allow additional media features depending on the subscription selected and the rules shown in the app.
Kaarox may also apply safety, moderation, file size, file type, content, or upload limits to media features.
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize Kaarox or the relevant payment provider to charge the subscription fee for each renewal period, unless you cancel in time.
Prices may vary depending on plan, billing period, country, currency, platform, taxes, and payment provider. Any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges may be added by the payment provider, app store, bank, card issuer, or local authority.
Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or legal obligations connected to their own marketplace sales, purchases, products, services, or business activity. Kaarox subscription fees are separate from user-to-user marketplace payments.
Kaarox may support payments through Apple App Store, Google Play, PayPal, card payment, or other payment providers. The available payment methods may depend on your device, country, and the version of the app you use.
These payment methods apply to payments made to Kaarox for Kaarox subscriptions, paid features, or digital services. They do not apply to payments made directly between buyers and sellers for marketplace items, products, deliveries, collections, or outside arrangements.
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund request may be handled by Apple or Google. Their terms, billing rules, and refund policies will apply.
If you subscribe directly through Kaarox using PayPal, card payment, or another direct payment method, your payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider. You are responsible for keeping your payment details accurate and up to date.
PayPal, card payments, or other payment methods used for Kaarox subscriptions are separate from any outside payment arrangement made between users for marketplace sales.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the billing period already paid for. After that period ends, your account may move to free access or lose access to paid features.
Cancelling your Kaarox subscription does not automatically cancel, refund, reverse, or resolve any marketplace arrangement, delivery, collection, purchase, sale, or outside payment made directly between users.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Some payments may be non-refundable once subscription access has started, except where required by law, where there has been a billing error, or where the Refund Policy says otherwise.
Refunds for Kaarox subscriptions are separate from refunds, returns, or disputes between buyers and sellers in marketplace-style transactions. Kaarox does not currently process direct payments between buyers and sellers, so Kaarox does not provide refunds for user-to-user marketplace payments made outside the app.
If a payment fails, is reversed, or cannot be verified, Kaarox may suspend, downgrade, or cancel access to paid features. We may also ask you to update your payment method before continuing paid access.
You may be able to upgrade or downgrade your plan. The effect of a plan change may depend on the payment provider and platform. Changes may take effect immediately, at the next billing period, or as explained at the time of the change.
Subscription plans may include limits such as visibility range, number of users reached, promotional features, media features, priority placement, verification tools, product tools, listing tools, or other usage limits. Kaarox may apply technical limits to protect the app, prevent abuse, and keep the service fair for users.
Some limits may depend on both the subscription plan and the account status. For example, product features may require certification, while promotional video access may depend on the plan selected.
A subscription does not give permission to break Kaarox rules. We may suspend, restrict, or remove paid features if an account is used for spam, fraud, misleading content, illegal services, harmful content, harassment, unsafe marketplace activity, prohibited listings, scams, or other violations of our Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
Kaarox may change subscription plans, features, limits, or prices from time to time. Where required, we will give notice before changes apply. If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal.
Kaarox may help users increase visibility and connect with relevant people, but we do not guarantee a specific number of customers, sales, bookings, messages, views, listing views, buyers, marketplace transactions, product sales, certification approvals, or business results.
