Subscription Terms
Last updated: 14 August 2026
These Subscription Terms (the “Subscription Terms”) explain how free access, introductory offers, paid plans, renewals, cancellations, refunds, plan changes, and access to subscription features work in Kaarox. They supplement the Kaarox Terms of Service. If there is a conflict concerning subscription billing, the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable, and any mandatory consumer law will take priority to the extent required.
In these Subscription Terms, “Kaarox,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Kaarox application, and “you” and “your” refer to the person or organisation using Kaarox or purchasing a subscription.
1. Acceptance and scope
By starting a paid subscription or accepting an introductory subscription offer, you agree to these Subscription Terms, the Kaarox Terms of Service, the Kaarox Privacy Policy, the terms presented on the plan and purchase screens, and the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms. You must be legally capable of entering into the purchase or have the permission of the person responsible for the store payment account.
These Subscription Terms apply only to Kaarox subscription plans and related digital features. They do not govern payments, deliveries, returns, refunds, warranties, or other arrangements made directly between users in connection with marketplace listings, bookings, products, or services.
2. Subscription platforms and payment methods
Kaarox paid mobile subscriptions are offered through the following authorised platforms:
- Apple App Store for subscriptions purchased on iOS.
- Google Play for subscriptions purchased on Android.
The applicable store processes the purchase, collects the subscription payment, applies taxes as required, manages the recurring billing authority, and provides the final purchase confirmation. Kaarox does not receive or store your complete App Store or Google Play payment-card details.
Kaarox does not currently sell paid mobile subscriptions through PayPal, direct credit- or debit-card billing, bank transfer, or a separate direct Kaarox checkout. A payment method saved in your Apple or Google account may still be used by that store according to the store's own payment rules.
3. Available access and plans
Kaarox may offer Free, Basic, Standard, and Premium access. Paid tiers may be available as monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Availability may vary by platform, country, storefront, account status, and app version.
| Plan | General access | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Limited, advertising-supported access. Paid networking range, sharing, visibility, industry, boost, media, and business tools may be unavailable or restricted. | No subscription charge. |
| Basic | Local networking and card-sharing features, subject to the range, reach, boost, visibility-duration, and other limits displayed in the app. | Monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. |
| Standard | Wider networking and visibility features, higher applicable limits, and the ability to select separate industries for the business card and personal profile, as displayed in the app. | Monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. |
| Premium | Broader discovery across supported regions, higher applicable visibility and boost limits, and separate business-card and personal-profile industries, subject to relevance and availability. | Monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. |
The plan-selection screen shown immediately before purchase identifies the current features, billing period, localised price, introductory offer (if any), and numerical limits applicable to that offer. Review that information carefully before confirming the store purchase.
4. Free access
Free access is not a paid subscription and does not automatically create a recurring charge. Free access may contain advertising and may have reduced range, visibility, card sharing, boosts, business tools, marketplace tools, media tools, or other restrictions. Features that require a paid plan will become available only after the applicable store verifies an active paid subscription and Kaarox attaches the entitlement to your account.
Where permitted by law, Kaarox may change or discontinue Free features. Such a change does not create a refund entitlement because no subscription fee is charged for Free access.
5. Introductory offers and free trials
Apple or Google may make an introductory offer available to eligible users. When the purchase screen states that eligible new subscribers receive a seven-day free trial, the trial is part of the selected auto-renewing paid subscription; it is not a separate permanent plan.
- Trial eligibility is determined by the applicable store and may depend on your store account, territory, subscription history, and the specific offer. Kaarox cannot guarantee eligibility.
- The store confirmation screen will display the trial duration, the paid plan, billing period, price that applies after the trial, and the renewal terms before you confirm.
- Unless you cancel before the applicable store deadline, the trial will automatically convert to the selected monthly or annual paid subscription and the store will charge the price shown at confirmation.
- For an Apple free or discounted trial, Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want it to renew. Google Play users should cancel before the trial expires and follow the deadline displayed by Google Play.
- Cancelling an introductory offer does not create a new trial entitlement. Rejoining later may require immediate payment if the store determines that you are no longer eligible.
6. Subscription price, currency, and taxes
The price and currency displayed by the Apple App Store or Google Play at the time you confirm the purchase are authoritative for that transaction. Prices may vary by plan, billing period, country, storefront, currency, taxes, and store pricing rules.
A monthly subscription is charged for each monthly billing period. An annual subscription is generally charged as one annual amount for the entire annual billing period, even if Kaarox also displays a monthly equivalent or an estimated saving for comparison. The store confirmation screen will show the amount that will actually be charged.
Applicable taxes may be included in the displayed store price or added by the store, depending on the country and applicable law. Any currency conversion or payment-instrument fee imposed by your store, bank, or payment provider is governed by that provider's terms.
7. Automatic renewal and recurring billing
Paid monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration unless they are cancelled before the applicable store's renewal deadline. By confirming a paid subscription, you authorise Apple or Google, as applicable, to charge the payment method associated with your store account for the initial paid period and each renewal period.
Renewal dates, billing dates, subscription status, and store receipts are determined by the applicable store. Kaarox uses store-verified subscription information to provide paid access, but does not independently create or extend a paid entitlement without verified store confirmation.
8. Subscription activation and account association
Paid access begins only after the applicable store confirms the transaction and Kaarox verifies and attaches the subscription entitlement to the authenticated Kaarox account. A pending, cancelled, unverified, expired, refunded, revoked, or otherwise incomplete store transaction does not activate paid access.
You are responsible for purchasing while signed in to the correct Kaarox account and the intended Apple or Google account. If the store completes a purchase but the plan is not attached, use the in-app Restore Purchases or subscription-management option where available, then contact support@kaarox.com if the problem continues. Do not make a duplicate purchase merely because activation is delayed.
Restoration and cross-device access require successful verification of an active purchase and may require the same store account and Kaarox account used for the original transaction. Kaarox may block an attempted transfer or duplicate attachment when necessary to prevent fraud, conflicting ownership, or multiple claims to the same store subscription.
9. Features, limits, and included allowances
Subscription plans may include limits concerning networking range, potential recipients, sharing frequency, daily or monthly reach, boosts, boost points, sharing duration, industry selection, media, listings, priority, promotional tools, and other functionality. The limits displayed for the selected plan apply to your use of that plan.
Any boosts, boost points, promotional allowances, or similar units included with a subscription are feature-use allowances, not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, property, or transferable credit. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside Kaarox. They may reset at the frequency shown in the app and do not roll over unless Kaarox expressly states otherwise.
A stated reach figure is a maximum technical or eligibility limit, not a promise that your card, post, profile, listing, or promotion will be shown to that number of people. Actual availability and reach depend on factors that may include active-user availability, location, supported regions, selected industry, relevance, recipient settings, blocking and privacy choices, safety rules, connectivity, moderation, and lawful use.
10. Business verification and trust badges
Kaarox may allow you to submit business and representative information for review. Business verification is separate from the subscription purchase. You may be permitted to skip verification and continue to the applicable store purchase.
Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee verification, approval, a Registered Business trust badge, certification, listing approval, product approval, marketplace access, or any particular account status. Kaarox may request evidence, reject an application, withhold a badge, or remove a badge if information cannot be verified, becomes outdated, is misleading, or violates Kaarox rules. A verification decision does not alter your store subscription unless expressly stated or required by law.
11. Promotional media, listings, and product features
Depending on the plan and account status, Kaarox may allow eligible users to add or promote images, videos, logos, products, services, marketplace listings, or other media. These features may be subject to plan limits, verification, technical requirements, moderation, prohibited-content rules, file-size limits, file-type limits, and regional availability.
Access to a paid plan does not guarantee that any media, product, service, promotion, or listing will be accepted, published, continuously available, or shown to a particular audience.
12. Upgrades, downgrades, and plan changes
You may be able to change between Basic, Standard, and Premium or between monthly and annual billing. The applicable store determines whether a change takes effect immediately or at the next renewal, whether any prorated charge or credit applies, and how an introductory offer is affected. Review the store confirmation carefully before approving a plan change.
Do not intentionally purchase overlapping versions of the same Kaarox subscription. When available, use the in-app subscription-management flow or the applicable store's subscription settings to change the existing subscription.
13. Cancellation
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the store that billed you:
- Apple App Store: open your device Settings, select your Apple Account, select Subscriptions, select Kaarox, and follow Apple's cancellation instructions. You may also visit Apple Subscriptions.
- Google Play: open Google Play, select Payments & subscriptions, select Subscriptions, select Kaarox, and follow Google's cancellation instructions. You may also visit Google Play Subscriptions.
Cancellation normally stops future renewal charges. Unless the applicable store states otherwise, issues a refund or revocation, or applicable law requires a different result, paid access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
14. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable store's rules, the Kaarox Refund Policy, and mandatory consumer law. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.
- For an Apple App Store purchase, submit the refund request directly to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple determines refund eligibility for App Store transactions.
- For a Google Play purchase, use Google's refund process or contact Kaarox support with the Google Play order information. Any refund or revocation must be processed consistently with Google Play rules and applicable law.
Except where required by law or approved under the applicable refund rules, there is no automatic refund for changing your mind, not using the service, forgetting to cancel, losing access because of a rule violation, or cancelling during an already-paid period. Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right available in your country.
15. Failed, pending, reversed, or revoked payments
Apple or Google may delay, retry, decline, place on hold, reverse, refund, revoke, or cancel a transaction according to its billing rules. If a payment is pending or cannot be verified, Kaarox may withhold paid access until verification succeeds. If a transaction is refunded, reversed, charged back, revoked, expires, or is otherwise no longer active, Kaarox may suspend the entitlement or move the account to Free access.
Any grace period, account hold, payment retry, pause, or resubscription option is controlled by the applicable store and may not be available in every country or for every payment method.
16. Expiry and movement to Free access
When a paid subscription expires or is no longer verified as active, the account may move to Free access. Paid sharing, extended visibility, promotional distribution, additional industries, boosts, media, or other paid functionality may stop or become unavailable at that time. Content already stored in the account may remain subject to Kaarox's retention, moderation, and deletion rules, but paid presentation or distribution of that content may end.
Moving to Free access does not cancel an active store subscription. If the store still shows the subscription as active, use Restore Purchases or contact support so the entitlement can be checked before purchasing again.
17. Marketplace and user-to-user transactions
Kaarox may allow eligible users to display, promote, buy, sell, exchange, or discuss products, services, and items through marketplace-style listings. A Kaarox subscription may provide access to listing or visibility tools, but the subscription payment is separate from any transaction between users.
Kaarox does not currently collect, hold, process, guarantee, or refund payments made directly between users for marketplace items or services. Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing on price, payment method, delivery, collection, returns, refunds, warranties, taxes, and other transaction terms. Cancelling or refunding a Kaarox subscription does not cancel or resolve a user-to-user transaction.
18. Account rules, suspension, and misuse
A subscription does not permit conduct that violates the Kaarox Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the rights of other users. Kaarox may restrict, suspend, or remove subscription features when reasonably necessary to address fraud, spam, scams, harassment, unsafe or prohibited listings, misleading content, unlawful conduct, security risks, payment abuse, or other violations.
A restriction imposed by Kaarox does not automatically cancel the recurring billing authority held by Apple or Google. You remain responsible for managing the store subscription unless Kaarox or the applicable store confirms that it has been cancelled. Any refund remains subject to Section 14 and applicable law.
19. Changes to plans, features, limits, or prices
Kaarox may update plan names, features, technical limits, supported regions, eligibility rules, or how features operate in order to improve the service, respond to safety or legal requirements, prevent abuse, or adapt to technical conditions. Kaarox will continue to provide the sustained or recurring value required for a subscription and will give notice of material changes where required by law or store rules.
Subscription price changes are implemented through Apple or Google. The applicable store may notify you, request your consent, preserve an existing price, or stop renewal if consent is required and not provided. You may cancel before the new price takes effect in accordance with the store's instructions.
20. No guarantee of reach or business results
Kaarox provides networking, discovery, sharing, visibility, messaging, booking, listing, and promotional tools. Kaarox does not guarantee any minimum number of recipients, impressions, profile views, card views, messages, contacts, enquiries, customers, bookings, leads, sales, buyers, transactions, verification approvals, or other personal or commercial result.
21. Changes to these Subscription Terms
Kaarox may update these Subscription Terms to reflect changes to the app, subscriptions, store requirements, or applicable law. The updated version will show a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, Kaarox will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect. Changes do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
22. Contact
For subscription activation, account association, plan features, or other Kaarox subscription questions, contact support@kaarox.com.
For billing cancellation or an Apple App Store refund, use the applicable Apple service. For Google Play cancellation or refund options, use the applicable Google Play service. Kaarox support may help investigate account association or entitlement issues but cannot override a store's final billing decision.
