Kaarox may remove prohibited content and take action against the account.

7. Business, Services, and Professional Conduct

If you use Kaarox to promote a business, service, personal page, booking, job, group, event, product, listing, or offer, you are responsible for making sure your information is lawful, accurate, and safe.

You must not:

Kaarox may ask for additional information, certification, verification, or approval where needed.

8. Product, Certification, and Selling Eligibility

Kaarox may allow eligible users to add, display, promote, or sell products or items through the app. Product, seller, listing, or marketplace-style features are not automatically available to every user.

These features may require certification, verification, approval, plan eligibility, or other requirements. If an account is not certified, verified, approved, or eligible, Kaarox may block, hide, remove, or prevent access to product, listing, or selling features.

Users must not bypass restricted features, pretend to be certified, use fake documents, misrepresent their approval status, or use another account to access product or selling features they are not allowed to use.

9. Selling Items and Marketplace Activity

Kaarox may allow eligible users to list, promote, buy, sell, or exchange items through the app, similar to a marketplace feature. Users are responsible for making sure that anything they list, sell, buy, exchange, or promote is lawful, safe, accurate, and allowed under these Community Guidelines and applicable laws.

Kaarox does not currently provide direct in-app payment processing for marketplace transactions. This means Kaarox does not collect, hold, process, guarantee, refund, or manage payments between buyers and sellers through the app.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing payment methods, delivery, collection, refunds, returns, warranties, taxes, and any other transaction terms between themselves. Users should be careful when arranging payments, deliveries, collections, or meetings outside the app.

You must not use Kaarox to sell, list, promote, buy, request, or exchange:

Sellers must describe items honestly, including the condition, price, location, availability, delivery or collection options, and any important limitations. Buyers should check listings carefully before agreeing to buy anything.

Kaarox is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, including disputes about payment, delivery, collection, item condition, returns, refunds, warranties, or taxes. However, Kaarox may review reports and take action if users misuse selling features, post prohibited items, scam others, or break these Guidelines.

Kaarox may remove listings, restrict marketplace activity, suspend accounts, remove certification or verification access, or take other action if users misuse selling features, post prohibited items, scam others, or break these Guidelines.

10. Reviews, Ratings, Likes, and Comments

Reviews, ratings, likes, and comments should reflect real experiences and genuine opinions.

You must not:

Kaarox may remove suspicious or abusive engagement.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

Respect other people’s privacy.

You must not:

Users should only share information they are comfortable making visible to others.

12. Location and Discovery Features

Kaarox may use location-based discovery, nearby sharing, city-based visibility, marketplace visibility, product visibility, or similar features. These features must be used responsibly.

You must not:

Location-based features are for discovery and networking, not surveillance.

13. Groups, Hubs, Events, and Communities

When using groups, hubs, events, or community features, users must keep discussions safe, respectful, and relevant.
