Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Kaarox application and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Kaarox is a platform that helps users discover service providers, publish a professional digital card, connect through posts, hubs and messaging, and exchange enquiries or booking requests. Kaarox is not a party to any agreement made between a customer and a provider.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you publish. By publishing it on Kaarox you grant us a licence to host, display and distribute that content within the service so it can be discovered by other users. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misrepresent your identity, qualifications or services;
• publish unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content;
• harass other users or send unsolicited bulk messages;
• scrape, reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the service.

5. Providers and customers

Providers are solely responsible for the services they advertise, their pricing, their licences and their performance. Customers are responsible for evaluating a provider before engaging them. Any dispute is between the two parties.

6. Paid features

Some visibility and professional features may be offered as paid options. Prices, billing periods and what is included are shown before purchase. Purchases made through the App Store are billed by Apple and follow its billing rules.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or puts other users at risk. You may stop using Kaarox and delete your account at any time.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep Kaarox available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the conduct of any user. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and continued use afterwards means you accept them.
