This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, subscription changes, and refund requests relating to Kaarox are handled.
Where a purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or another third-party payment provider, that provider's payment, cancellation, and refund rules also apply.
Kaarox paid subscriptions purchased on iPhone or iPad are processed through Apple's App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system.
Apple is responsible for processing the payment and maintaining the associated App Store transaction. Kaarox verifies the App Store transaction in order to activate the corresponding subscription features on your Kaarox account.
Kaarox does not receive or store your full Apple payment card details.
App Store subscriptions generally renew automatically unless they are cancelled through your Apple Account subscription settings before the next renewal.
Cancelling a subscription normally stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund charges already made for the current subscription period.
Unless Apple determines otherwise, you may continue using the paid features included in your current subscription until the end of the paid subscription period.
You may be able to change between eligible Kaarox subscription plans. The effective date of a plan change is determined by the applicable App Store subscription rules.
Depending on the type of change, a new plan may take effect immediately or may be scheduled to take effect on the next subscription renewal date.
For example, an upgrade to a higher subscription level may become effective immediately, while a downgrade or certain changes involving a different subscription duration may remain scheduled until the next renewal.
When a change is deferred, your current paid plan remains active until the effective date of the scheduled change.
A scheduled subscription change is not considered a failed payment merely because the new plan has not yet become active.
Refund requests for Kaarox subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies and applicable law.
Kaarox cannot directly approve, reject, or issue a refund to the payment method used for an App Store purchase.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund for an App Store purchase, you should submit the refund request directly to Apple through Apple's "Report a Problem" service or another refund method provided by Apple.
Apple's decision regarding the eligibility and processing of an App Store refund is made under Apple's applicable terms, policies, and legal obligations.
Except where a refund is approved by the applicable app store or payment provider, or where a refund is required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after they have been successfully processed.
This includes situations such as:
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
If you believe that you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, charged for the wrong Kaarox subscription, or charged after a subscription should have ended, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may review the Kaarox account and verified subscription transaction information available to us in order to help identify the issue.
If the payment was processed by Apple, any actual refund to your payment method must normally be requested from or processed by Apple.
If you have an active App Store Kaarox subscription but your paid features are not showing correctly in the application, use the Restore Purchases option before purchasing the subscription again.
Restoring a purchase does not create a new charge. It attempts to reconnect an existing eligible App Store subscription with the appropriate Kaarox account.
For account security and fraud prevention, a verified App Store subscription may only be attached to the Kaarox account that is entitled to use it, subject to Kaarox's account and subscription verification procedures.
If Kaarox offers a free trial or promotional subscription, the eligibility, duration, conversion to a paid subscription, and cancellation rules displayed at the time of the offer will apply.
Where the trial or offer is administered through the App Store, Apple's applicable subscription terms also apply.
If a trial automatically converts into a paid subscription and you do not want to continue, you must cancel it through the applicable store before the applicable renewal or conversion deadline.
Kaarox may allow users to publish marketplace listings and communicate with other users regarding products or services.
Kaarox does not collect, hold, process, or transfer payments between buyers and sellers for user-to-user marketplace transactions.
Payment, delivery, collection, returns, exchanges, and refunds for those transactions are arranged directly between the buyer and seller outside Kaarox.
Because Kaarox does not receive the marketplace payment, Kaarox cannot issue a refund for a marketplace transaction between users.
Users remain responsible for complying with applicable laws and resolving transaction disputes directly with the other party.
Kaarox may investigate suspected fraudulent activity, payment abuse, subscription manipulation, repeated misuse of refund processes, or attempts to obtain paid features without a valid subscription.
Where permitted by law and our Terms of Service, Kaarox may restrict, suspend, or terminate access associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing features included in a valid paid subscription, please contact Kaarox Support.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate account or service issues. Reporting a technical problem does not automatically entitle a user to a refund, but it does not affect any rights available under applicable law or through the payment provider.
This Refund Policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer protection right, statutory warranty, refund right, or other legal remedy that applies to you and cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where applicable law provides greater rights than this policy, the applicable law will prevail.
We may update this Refund Policy when our payment methods, subscription features, legal requirements, or store rules change.
The date displayed at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last updated.
