These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Kaarox, including accounts, profiles, business cards, personal pages, subscriptions, bookings, posts, groups, messaging, product features, marketplace-style listings, selling features, location-based discovery, reporting, blocking, and other app features.
By creating an account, accessing Kaarox, or using any Kaarox feature, you agree to these Terms and to the related Kaarox policies that apply to your use of the app.
Kaarox is a mobile application that may allow users and businesses to create digital profiles, business cards, personal pages, posts, groups, bookings, messages, promotional content, discovery features, and, where available, product or marketplace-style features.
Kaarox may allow eligible users to list, promote, buy, sell, or exchange items through the app. Product and selling-related features may require certification, verification, approval, a specific plan, or other eligibility requirements.
Kaarox does not currently provide direct in-app payment processing for user-to-user marketplace transactions.
Kaarox may be made available in the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and other supported locations. Some features may not be available in every country or region.
By using Kaarox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Kaarox.

You must be old enough to legally use online services in your country or region. If you use Kaarox for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You must not share your login details with unauthorised people or allow others to misuse your account.
You must not create fake accounts, impersonate another person or business, bypass restrictions, abuse app features, or use Kaarox for illegal, harmful, misleading, or fraudulent activity.
You agree to use Kaarox lawfully, honestly, and respectfully. You must comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you, your business, your content, your services, your products, your promotions, your bookings, your listings, and your communications.
Businesses using Kaarox are responsible for having any licences, permits, registrations, approvals, consumer notices, advertising permissions, or legal rights required for the services or products they offer.
Users who list, sell, or promote items through Kaarox are responsible for making sure their listings, items, sales activity, delivery, collection, taxes, returns, refunds, warranties, and customer communications comply with applicable laws.
You may be able to upload or share content through Kaarox, including text, images, videos, business information, personal page information, posts, comments, messages, booking details, service descriptions, product details, item listings, links, prices, availability, delivery or collection details, and promotional material.
You keep ownership of your content. However, by uploading or sharing content on Kaarox, you give Kaarox permission to host, store, display, process, transmit, copy, format, and use that content as needed to operate, protect, promote, moderate, and improve the app.
You are responsible for making sure that your content is accurate, lawful, respectful, not misleading, and does not violate the rights of any person, business, or third party.
You must not upload, share, promote, list, sell, request, or send content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, misleading, spammy, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise unsafe.
You must not use Kaarox to promote scams, fake businesses, fake reviews, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, prohibited services, illegal products, dangerous activity, unsafe listings, or content that violates our Community Guidelines or Account Rules and Misuse policy.
Kaarox may allow users to create digital business cards, personal pages, and other profile-based content. These may be shown to other users through discovery tools, categories, interests, location-based features, search, subscriptions, groups, or other app features.
You must make sure that your card, profile, business details, services, media, contact details, payment details, and promotional information are accurate and not misleading.
Kaarox may allow eligible users to add, display, promote, or sell products or items through the app. However, product and selling-related features are not automatically available to every user.
Product features may require the account to be certified, verified, approved, or otherwise eligible under Kaarox rules. If an account is not certified or approved, Kaarox may block, hide, remove, or prevent access to product features, even if the user has access to other app features.
Certification, verification, subscription access, or approval does not guarantee sales, buyers, visibility, marketplace access, product approval, or business results. Kaarox may refuse, restrict, suspend, or remove product or selling features if required for safety, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or app protection.
Kaarox may allow eligible users to list, promote, buy, sell, or exchange items through the app, similar to a marketplace feature. Marketplace-style features are provided to help users show items and communicate with each other.
Kaarox does not currently provide direct in-app payment processing for marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers. This means Kaarox does not collect, hold, process, refund, guarantee, or manage payments for items sold by users through marketplace-style features.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing payment methods, delivery, collection, returns, refunds, warranties, taxes, and any other transaction terms between themselves. Any payment arrangement for user-to-user sales is handled outside Kaarox between the buyer and seller.
Sellers must describe items honestly, including the condition, price, location, availability, delivery or collection options, and any important limitations. Buyers should check listings carefully before agreeing to buy anything.
You must not use Kaarox to sell, list, promote, buy, request, or exchange illegal goods, stolen goods, counterfeit products, dangerous items, drugs or controlled substances, unsafe products, recalled products, fraudulent items, or regulated goods or services unless you are legally allowed to offer them.
Kaarox may remove listings, restrict marketplace activity, suspend accounts, or take other action if users misuse selling features, post prohibited items, scam others, or break these Terms or our related policies.
Kaarox may allow users to upload logos, images, promotional media, product media, and videos depending on the plan, account status, certification status, and app rules.
Some plans may limit media features. For example, promotional videos may not be available on Trial access or Basic plans. Other plans may allow additional media features depending on the subscription selected and the rules shown in the app.
Kaarox may apply safety checks, moderation checks, file size limits, file type limits, upload limits, and content restrictions to protect users and prevent abuse.
Kaarox may use location information to support proximity-based discovery, card sharing, local visibility, city-based relevance, marketplace listings, safety, and other app functions.
You must not use location features to stalk, harass, threaten, track, endanger, target, or harm another person. Kaarox may limit, suspend, or remove location-based features if they are misused.
Kaarox may allow users to message each other, join groups, create posts, comment, reply, like content, create booking slots, request appointments, discuss marketplace listings, or interact with businesses and other users.
You must not use these features for harassment, spam, scams, illegal services, misleading promotions, unsafe marketplace activity, harmful content, fake engagement, or behaviour that violates Kaarox policies.
Some business accounts, paid features, promotional tools, booking features, product features, seller tools, marketplace-style features, or visibility features may require verification or certification. Verification may involve providing business information, identity information, documents, or other details requested by Kaarox or secure third-party providers.
Kaarox may refuse, delay, suspend, or remove access to certain features if verification or certification is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, unsuccessful, expired, or no longer valid.
Kaarox may offer free access, trials, monthly plans, annual plans, and paid subscription tiers such as Basic, Standard, and Premium. Plan features, prices, limits, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and trial rules will be shown before purchase where applicable.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments may be handled by app stores, payment processors, or other authorised providers. Their own terms may also apply.
Subscription payments are payments made for Kaarox digital services and paid features. They are separate from user-to-user marketplace payments, purchases, sales, deliveries, collections, refunds, returns, warranties, or disputes.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and any applicable app store or payment provider rules. Some digital subscription payments may be non-refundable once access has started, except where required by law, where there has been a billing error, or where our Refund Policy says otherwise.
Kaarox does not currently process direct payments between buyers and sellers for marketplace transactions. Because user-to-user marketplace payments are handled outside Kaarox, Kaarox does not provide refunds, compensation, payment recovery, delivery guarantees, or item quality guarantees for those outside transactions.

Kaarox may collect and process personal data to provide, protect, improve, personalise, and moderate the service. This may include account information, profile information, location information, messages, posts, booking activity, marketplace listings, buyer and seller messages, reports, subscription information, certification information, device information, and app usage data.

You may request account deletion or personal data deletion through the app where available, or by contacting Kaarox. Some limited information may be kept where necessary for legal, safety, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, marketplace safety, certification review, payment, tax, accounting, or dispute reasons.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel, refund, reverse, or resolve marketplace arrangements, delivery, collection, returns, warranties, or outside payments agreed directly between users.

Users may report harmful content, scams, harassment, misleading profiles, unsafe behaviour, intellectual property concerns, unsafe marketplace listings, buyer or seller abuse, suspicious selling activity, or policy violations. Users may also block others where supported by the app.
Kaarox may review reports and take action, including removing content, removing listings, reducing visibility, limiting features, restricting marketplace activity, suspending accounts, deleting accounts, or contacting relevant authorities where necessary.

Kaarox may change, update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also add, remove, or modify features, subscription plans, product tools, seller tools, marketplace tools, listing limits, visibility rules, safety systems, or policies.
We do not guarantee that Kaarox will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, location, operating system, or network.
Kaarox may help users discover businesses, services, cards, profiles, posts, groups, bookings, or marketplace listings. However, Kaarox does not guarantee that you will receive customers, sales, buyers, bookings, views, messages, subscribers, followers, marketplace transactions, product sales, certification approvals, or any specific business result.
Kaarox may include links, integrations, payment providers, maps, hosting services, verification providers, analytics tools, app stores, or other third-party services. Kaarox is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.
If users arrange marketplace payments, deliveries, collections, or other transactions outside Kaarox using third-party services, banks, wallets, payment apps, couriers, or other providers, those services are separate from Kaarox and may have their own terms and policies.
Kaarox, including its name, branding, design, features, software, layout, logos, and app content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of Kaarox unless we give written permission or the law allows it.
You must not use Kaarox to sell or promote counterfeit goods, stolen content, copied products, fake branded items, or listings that infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, design rights, or other intellectual property rights.
You may stop using Kaarox at any time. Kaarox may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, violate our policies, create legal risk, harm other users, misuse the app, misuse product features, misuse marketplace features, or use the app in a way that may damage Kaarox or its community.
Kaarox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will always be secure, available, accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.
Kaarox does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, condition, availability, delivery, collection, payment, refund, warranty, or suitability of items listed, promoted, bought, sold, or exchanged by users through marketplace-style features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaarox will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, opportunities, or reputation arising from your use of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaarox will not be responsible for disputes, losses, failed payments, non-delivery, item condition problems, returns, refunds, warranties, taxes, damages, injuries, or claims arising from user-to-user marketplace transactions arranged outside Kaarox.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you and your use of Kaarox. If you use Kaarox for business purposes, you are responsible for ensuring that your business activities, advertising, services, products, bookings, communications, promotions, marketplace listings, and sales activity comply with applicable laws and regulations.
If you sell items through Kaarox, you are responsible for complying with any applicable consumer protection rules, product safety rules, tax rules, licensing rules, advertising rules, delivery or collection rules, and any other legal obligations that apply to your listings or transactions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we may notify users through the app, by email, or by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Kaarox after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
